these terms cover your use of any class membership packages booked with francesca sinclair pilates. by booking with FSP you agree to these terms in full.

booking and payments are made through the website, via Team Up and payments are processed securely by Stripe. memberships are billed on purchase of a membership pack, prior to attendance and are non-refundable.

cancellations made more than 12 hours before the start of any scheduled class will be returned as a class credit to your current membership pack. cancellation within 12 hours of commencement of the class will result in a loss of the credit to your account and are non-refundable. missed classes or 'no shows' will be forfeited in the same way. wherever possible it would be appreciated if you could notify me of your non-attendance to enable anyone on the waitlist to take your place.

all clients must complete a health screening questionnaire before attending their first class. it is your responsibility to make sure that the information you provide is correct and fully up to date, and to inform me of any changes to your health that may affect your capacity to participate safely. if you have any concerns about your health, or the suitability of these classes, please seek advice from your GP or healthcare professional before booking.

booking a class is confirmation that you have read and accepted these conditions and that all information provided on your health screening questionnaire is accurate.
